Third-Party Service Integration
Our Service allows you to integrate various online third-party services ("Third-Party Services"). In order to take advantage of this feature, you may need to authenticate, register for or log into Third-Party Services through the Service or on the websites of their respective providers. When you enable linking between or log in to Third-Party Services through the Service, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that Third-Party Service and your data and content contained within that Third-Party Service ("Login Credentials"). We store your Login Credentials long enough to enable linking to the Third-Party Service.
Customer Data transferred via Services is temporarily stored in a secure storage ("Logs") to provide Technical Support Services to you. If may be manually analyzed by the Intento employees only if you requested us to do so.
Customer Data transferred via Services may be analyzed automatically by the Services to identify the best appropriate Third-Party Service among candidate Third-Party Services ("Smart Routing") if you requested to do so and to improve the Smart Routing only. Customer Data is never used by Intento, directly or indirectly, to improve any other Intento Service except the Smart Routing.
We may retain certain personally non-identifiable information related to the data or content linked between Third-Party Services (for example, date sent, link configuration, names of the Third-Party Services), for the purpose of improving our Services and as described below in the "Non-Identifiable Data" section.
To use Intento, we need to store credentials for third-party services (IBM Watson, Microsoft Cognitive Services etc). We store credentials encrypted in our database. They are only used to access data you tell us to. We log certain non-identifiable information to provide support and fix problems.
You may send your data to third-party services via Intento, you may pull your data from third party services via Intento, you may even transfer your data between third-party services via Intento. In some cases you use your own accounts at the third-party services, in some cases you may use Intento accounts. No matter what, your data is as safe and secure as those third-party services and no other user will get access to your data.
We temporarily store your data in secure logs, but we'll analyze it only if you have asked us.
Our algorithms analyze your data to improve the vendor selection models (smart routing) only. We will never use your data to train any other type of models. If you trained your own models on third-party services, only you have access to these models.
Your data is safe at Intento and guarded by our policy, security measures and the US law. When it is sent to the third-party services, it governed by their terms and laws of the countries they operate in. We will never integrate any third-party service that claims to have more rights on your data than we do. However, if data confidentiality is important you, make sure you have read terms and policies of the third-party services you use via Intento. We provide links to them in our Service Catalog.
