From pilots to production: Context engineering for enterprise localization

Global companies localize the whole customer experience—websites, apps, help centers, and support—across many languages, formats, and systems. For them, quality isn’t just fluency—it’s consistent terminology, style, and compliance across every touchpoint. Many of these requirements are context-dependent, so you can’t meet them by working with the source text alone. That’s why context engineering matters: giving AI the context and standards it needs at the moment of use to move from pilots to production.

Wednesday 13th of November, 2024.
From 11:00 am to 12:00 pm Eastern Time (ET)
Speakers
Reflect on a banner year in Machine Translation

XTM will cover why context is the missing piece in AI localization, and how a content intelligence layer can understand structure, intent, language, and reuse across enterprise content. They’ll share how to inject customer-specific context at runtime—without training or retraining models on customer data.

Intento will show how to turn that context into enforceable translation requirements, and run end-to-end automation: translate, check against terminology/style/compliance standards, and fix what doesn’t meet them. We’ll also show how these workflows connect to the systems your teams already use—starting with the TMS and extending to CMS, support, and marketing—because passing context between the TMS and the AI layer is often the biggest bottleneck.

What you'll learn:
In this webinar, we cover:
  • How to grow influence and become a strategic partner (not a service function).
  • How to build investment cases using stakeholder interviews and the right metrics.
  • How to answer “we can’t prove impact” with confidence—without perfection paralysis.
  • How to use AI to strengthen localization’s role and relevance.
