Following a career creating localization systems for large enterprises, Andrzej was a co-founder of XTM International and now, as Chief Innovation Officer, oversees the technical architecture and product strategy with a strong emphasis on AI adoption and development. Andrzej is also a veteran speaker at many industry events, including Gala, LocWorld, LT Innovate, and AsLing among many others, as well as contributing to specialized publications such as tcworld magazine, and being one of the prime contributors to most L10N Open Standards including XLIFF, SRX, TBX, xml:tm , XLIFF:Doc. He is also the main author of the OASIS OAXAL reference architecture.

He spent more than 20 years in software engineering, of which about 15 years in data analysis, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Since 2011, he has been engaged in deep learning. Grigory is a Google Developer Expert in Machine Learning and has a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence.

Sebah uses AI and many of its forms in her day to day job and is always looking for creative solutions it can be used for. Sebah earned a B.A. in International Affairs and French Language and an M.A. in Translation and Localization Management with a focus on Chinese Language studies from Middlebury Institute of International Studies.

Claudia is currently working as a Project Manager at Intento, a localization startup specializing in MT and AI. Previously, she worked as an Account Manager/Intern at Mother Tongue. While interning, she received her masters in Translation and Localization Management from the Middlebury Institute in May 2023. She is relatively new to the localization field, but has completely immersed herself in events, meeting new people, and attending talks from industry professionals (and has the books to prove it!) She's been a member of Women in Localization since 2021, and currently serves as Sponsorship Manager for the Global Sponsorship team. She is currently based in San Francisco and when she is not working, enjoys keeping up her ballet training with the SF ballet, as well as hiking or discovering the best cocktail bar in the city.
