When AI delivers ROI: Balancing innovation with enterprise translation requirements

Join Carrie Fischer (Subway), John Weisgerber (XTM), and Vann Maxson (Intento) as they cut through the hype and discuss when AI delivers ROI in enterprise localization.

When global brands like Subway need high-quality translation, they look beyond fluency and grammar—they require content that meets their specific requirements, which traditional MT frequently fails to address. We’ll explore how AI agents bridge this gap, delivering both quality and efficiency that translate to measurable ROI, along with the key factors you should weigh before adding AI to your workflows:
– Strategic factors to evaluate before AI adoption
– How companies like Subway decide which content types benefit most from AI
– Why AI agents succeed where traditional MT falls short on enterprise requirements
– Security protocols, data usage policies, and contractual safeguards
– Overcoming implementation challenges with effective change management
