The vendor list grew from 21 in December 2018 to 106 in August 2026, mainly through LLM providers after 2023.
Of the 51 MT vendors of 2025, 45 are still on the list, 12 of them under a new name or owner, and 6 are gone: 4 left the market and 2 are non-commercial and out of our scope. The 12 MT vendors added are 8 new ones and 4 that we showed in the 2025 edition without counting them. Of the 41 LLM providers of 2025, 38 are still on the list and 3 are gone, and 11 are new. All 19 providers that now have only outdated or English-only models were on the 2025 list.
