In 35 languages, the second solution that meets every Standard requirement is a three-step solution. In 23 more it is a two-step solution, and in 20 both are one-step solutions.
We cannot assess quality in 14 languages: Hausa, Igbo, Javanese, Kinyarwanda, Kurdish, Malagasy, Scottish Gaelic, Sesotho, Shona, Somali, Wolof, Xhosa, Yoruba and Zulu.
