Following a career creating localization systems for large enterprises, Andrzej was a co-founder of XTM International and now, as Chief Innovation Officer, oversees the technical architecture and product strategy with a strong emphasis on AI adoption and development. Andrzej is also a veteran speaker at many industry events, including Gala, LocWorld, LT Innovate, and AsLing among many others, as well as contributing to specialized publications such as tcworld magazine, and being one of the prime contributors to most L10N Open Standards including XLIFF, SRX, TBX, xml:tm , XLIFF:Doc. He is also the main author of the OASIS OAXAL reference architecture.

Daria Sinitsyna

Daria Sinitsyna is a Lead Computational Linguist at Intento, where she leads a team researching AI developments and improving MT evaluation workflows. With an MS in Computational Linguistics from Syracuse University as a Fulbright alumna, Daria brings expertise in natural language processing, machine learning, and prompt engineering. Daria’s background allows her to effectively bridge the gap between linguistic theory and practical applications in the rapidly evolving field of computational linguistics.

Grigory Sapunov

Prior to Intento, Grigory worked in industry (Yandex) and academia (Higher School of Economics). He spent more than 20 years in software engineering, of which about 15 years in data analysis, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Since 2011, he has been engaged in deep learning. Grigory is a Google Developer Expert in Machine Learning and has a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence.

Sebah earned a B.A. in International Affairs and French Language and an M.A. in Translation and Localization Management with a focus on Chinese Language studies from Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
