At batch prices, one-step solutions on Anthropic Claude Fable 5 cost $16.42 per million characters at the median, against $32.84 at the list price. On OpenAI GPT-5.6 Luna they cost $0.23 against $0.46, and on the xAI models, with 20% off, ~$1 against ~$1.30.
